Typical of smaller-city hotel but I will look elsewhere if I visit area again. The Good: clean enough, coffee in room, most details were okay: good soap, good water pressure, pillows didn't smell, etc. The Bad: Slow tub/shower drain, slow internet, no constant fan on HVAC for white noise to mask noise around you, TV picture bad (if that's important to you; not me, was on when I entered room), bath...

Pros (+) Exception value for the price. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast, although not big selection, was included and added value.
Cons (-) Breakfast was pretty minimal.
