The room I was given was old and dingy, with furniture that showed signs of wear. During my stay, housekeeping never showed to clean and reset the room — although they did come into my room when I was going to sleep at 10pm to "deliver" toiletries I didn't order. Pros (+) Rooms are clean and modern. Staff was pleasant. Roof top bar was nice.
Cons (-) Our room was noisy at night because we were right next to the ice maker and the clock built into the bathroom mirror can't be dimmed or turned off and lit up the room. I didn't get much sleep. The actual entry to the roof top bar should have a sign on the door, it was closed and looked like every other hotel room door.

It was late and we already moved rooms once so we just stayed and slept. Pros (+) bar, waitstaff, maintenance and housecleaning staff members were absolutely amazing, generous and good at their jobs.
Cons (-) the four people I interacted with at the front desk were immature, unable to address a simple issue, and accused me of lying about pre-paying my hotel reservation online. on, and THEN charged me, even after speaking directly with the booking agent who confirmed I'd already paid for the one night in the hotel. absolutely ridiculous.
