Staff was friendly and drop off was easyCons:
the car had safety issues. we chose a Jeep wrangler. While traveling on the interstate at high speeds the car began to shake vigorously, my husband almost lost control of the car the first time it happened. It happened several times while we had it, sometimes at high speeds and other times just driving through the city. The AC would also start blowing heat out of no where which wasn't comfortable when it is 90+ degrees outside.2.0 Poor

The brakes squealed and didn’t want to work the Winchell wipers didn’t work and it has to have a computer problem because on the screen of the car Radio kept popping up all kind of stuff wouldn’t go well and I think it has a computer problem because I even had a hard time accelerating every now and then and you think it was just a piece of junk my honest opinion I will not rent from them again10.0 Wonderful

The customer service, the fact that the "deal" I received was extremely misleading and I ended up having to pay extra for the car I had been lead I had actually reserved. The handling of my money was reckless, the assistant manager was supremely uninformed, and my attempts at reporting my dissatisfaction were wholly unproductive. I will never use Enterprise again.10.0 Wonderful

Rental store called and said no car available after reservation made and confirmed. After 2 hours on the phone had the location changed to another location. Went to pick up the car and the reservation was never transfered. They offered me another car at 5 times the price. NEVER Again10.0 Wonderful

I was told I would be compensated at the return of my rental but the drop off spot said there was nothing they could do so I was not took care of when they gave me a car that should of been inspected cause I drove 13 hrs from SC to Ind with out and wipers they didn't work and it was in the snow so I think I will go to Enterprise like I should of.10.0 Wonderful
