The NH Collection Roma Centro hotel, formerly known as NH Roma Leonardo da Vinci, is in the perfect location to see the best sites of Rome. The hotel is in the Prati neighborhood, near the Vatican City, St. Peter’s Square and Cathedral, and the Sant’Angelo Bridge and Castle, as well as the lovely Piazza Navona. Nearby are Via Cola di Rienzo and the Trastevere neighborhood, with excellent shopping, bars, and restaurants. Access to the rest of the city is easy with the Lepanto Metro station within a short walk. NH Roma Leonardo da Vinci has been completely renovated in 2018, and has been upgraded to the NH Collection brand. Our guests will enjoy an improved level of comfort and service, The hotel's 257 rooms, each equipped with free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a TV, and mini-bar, are decorated in elegant colors. Some of the 7th floor rooms offer wonderful views of Rome’s landmarks. Connecting rooms and duplex suites are also available. Guests can enjoy a delicious fresh breakfast every morning. The location is amazing and the staff tried to make us happy toward the middle of the trip. I am traveling with my elderly father and the suite booked online is very misleading. It looks like they are two bedroom suites. One up stairs and one downstairs. When we arrived we waited about 3 hours. Giving them credit we arrived early and they were sold out. I had been in communication with them via email and phone to confirm the room was two bedrooms and two bathrooms. When we got to the room it was a bedroom and a couch made into a bed. By the second night they put another mattress on the couch. I shared that at 45 years old I am too old be sleeping on a pullout couch and had I known this I would have booked two rooms like everywhere else we are going or if I wanted to sleep on a couch I would booked a simple room with a bed and a couch. They gave me 15% off my bill and I was very grateful they did something rather than nothing at all. After a long journey to Rome I was still very unhappy due to having an achy back from sleeping on the couch/bed for a few nights. I would not book this room again.

Pros:Enjoyed our stay. Renovated room was spotless. Staff was very friendly and more than helpful with directions, cabs, etc. Will definitely stay here again. There’s a great little pastry shop just a block or so away So we never made it to the restaurant.
Cons:All good! Nothing negative to comment on.
