The complex smells... there are beds (!!) left on the stairs at each floor. The reception is often left unattended. The hotel bar was closed years... more on Holidaycheck

Good value for price. Great that you can use the 4 star spa facilities when staying in the 2 star Annex. The only problem: we were promised 2 rooms... more on Holidaycheck

I wanted a cheap overnight in Saas Fee. I found it in this hotel. Out of season it was an excellent deal with a good breakfast included. Clean room... more on Holidaycheck

Staff was helpful. Rooms were nice...probably worth it to have a view of the glacier. Spa area was clean and appeared to be recently renovated. ... more on Holidaycheck
