Pros (+) The pool was warm and clean. The lobby was nice and the people there were helpful.
Cons (-) The elevators didn’t work properly. The beds felt they were fifty years old. The rest of the hotel did not match the first floor and needed a facelift.

Pros (+) My sister and i weren't sure at first , we had to change our room 2 times due to wrong booking and odor in one room, we did arrive late . But The gentlemen at the front desk found us a good room and our stay was great from there! Will be back!

Pros (+) The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were large and the staff was nice. Rooms seemed to be clean.

Pros (+) The hotel was in a great location and provided a good place to stay for a wedding we were attending. It is writhing walking distance to the awesome Lake Michigan and the beach as well as many restaurants. The price wasn't too bad for a king size bed and a room with a balcony.
Cons (-) The room did have a funky smell to it like it had previously been a smoking room. The breakfast was decent but not the best. Overall the price was a bit more expensive than I found the hotel to be worth but the location sells it I guess.

Pros (+) The location is in easy walking distance (1 block) to the small quaint business district. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach. Parking lot behind hotel was also convenient to go in and out.
Cons (-) I reserved online 6 months ahead as I needed a suite for our toddler to sleep in the second room. The reception staff prepared to have me sign into a "standard king" room; not what I booked (and paid for 6 months earlier). They stated that they could not "give" me a suite for what I paid online.
