Mattresses are too soft
Location was fantastic, the room was completely adequate for what I needed and the fact that I could stay on the 4th floor and not hear the rooftop club was amazing! I didn't eat at either restaurants because they looked expensive enough that I didn't want to bother as there were hundreds of great restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. I love the Starbucks in the building and your staff was outstanding.
I'll have to check but if I got charged $50 for the "All Access Pass" I will be disappointed because I didn't use it. I know that you are catering to the 21-40 demographic so I would have thought that you would have had restaurants set up for that group, as opposed to a high end sushi restaurant that looked empty most of the times that I walked by. Food and drink is where your bread and butter profit is so why not entice people in with better, less expensive restaurants?
Close to PetCo Park and Gaslamp District Great pool area Good spa
Elevators need to get fixed Didn't use VIP pass but had to pay for it
The location and have stayed at other Hard Rock Hotels in other states and they were great. Fun room and hotel decor; and enjoyed the onsite store.
The Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego had air conditioning and elevator problems; pool area too small especially since it was a busy weekend could not enjoy. Lacked hospitality; slow service.
I was disappointed when I went to check out and they charged me an extra $50 that I wasn't counting on for their "Access Pass". This was not included on the details through Kayak/Expedia that I would have to pay an additional $50.
Location, amentities, friendly staff, good but very expensive food and drink.
VERY EXPENSIVE. Many hidden fees. Noise due to traffic. Not recommended for kids. Crowded.
Location, right in the middle of the gas lamp district and convention center
Loud at night with party on the pool deck until 2am
The hotel starts out great when you enter and see Nobu on your left. The rooms are really clean and are cool with modern connectivity and plenty of power outlets. Getting to borrow a guitar or a bike or and number of other things that the hotel offers makes you feel like a welcome guest vs a customer.
Our room wasn't cleaned until 4 pm in the afternoon on our second day.We were out all day and expected to come back to relax before dinner in a clean room.We had to wait for it to be cleaned.
I liked the location and the vibe of the environment especially access to the street level so fast
The room size and the sleep, due to the sheets being to thin and not having a comforter I was freezing and did not get any sleep will not over pay for a room like that neither the name.
I loved the location of the hotel and the vibe of the hotel overall. Rooms were pretty good.
The parking is pretty steep at $45 a night. Didn't have a king available. Really noisy at night.
Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. It was noisy until about 7pm and then it was perfectly fine at bedtime.
Overall it was good experience, highly recommend.
They didn't offer me an upgrade like the first time.
We were very pleased with the great customer service we received. Each employee was helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. Thank you!
