We stayed 7 nights at the Ramada Plaza Herradura in San Jose in December 2010.The price was really low, so I was surprised at how nice the hotel was... more on Travelocity

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful ... The room was beautiful with great views of the 3 terracing pools.There was a complete complimentary... more on Travelocity

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms ( I was in the new section ) were excellent, the staff bi lingual and friendly, and the pool area ... more on Travelocity

room bathroom had ants on vanity, this was on second floor. no hand wash cloths available. walk in shower leaked water onto floor when showering.... more on Travelocity
