Pros (+) The location near Richmond was favorable. Parking was ready.
Cons (-) The room was filthy. The corners, areas under the desk, behind the bedside table, behind the toilet, and under the sink hasn't been cleaned at all. We found dust, dirt, food debris and spider webs in those areas. The bed skirts we all askew and hanging out from under the mattress. Pros (+) I liked literally nothing. This hotel was disgusting!
Cons (-) There were old cigarettes in the windowsill, the fridge leaked all over the floor and made the carpet wet and didn’t even close, the shower didn’t work, there were dead bugs everywhere, the staff was rude, everything smelled, the walls and ceilings were cracked and crumbling apart, we had to have our room keys fixed FIVE TIMES during a 2 night stay. Pros (+) I liked the fact that the hotel was right next to the airport but still pretty hidden away from everything, which was good if you wanted some piece and quite. The staff was really nice and friendly. The hotel was gorgeous, really clean.
Cons (-) The only thing I didn't like was that they had an event one of the nights I wa there and they didn't have enough parking to accommodate all the cars. I had to park my car in the drop off and pick up location right in front of the hotel (which was perfectly fine with the hotel).

Pros (+) It was near the airport. That's the only good thing I can say.
Cons (-) It was run down & disgusting. I don't think the bathroom had ever been cleaned. Not a deep clean anyway. There was hair everywhere & mysterious sticky dirt spots on the floor, & black in the tub. Speaking of the water adjuster in the shower just spun in place so there was no adjusting the temperature which meant no showers.
