Quiet double room of 15 m2 for 4 people maximum (a single bed and a child bed until 4 years old can be added) with a garden and a private entrance available under a beautiful and bright house of 170 m2. The house is located in the town of La Floresta where there are only houses just behind the mountain of Tibidabo from Barcelona.The house also has a large terrace and a garden of 500 m2 for relaxing and parking is available in front of the house.The bathroom of 15 m2 with a bathtube, the nice fully equipped kitchen of 18 m2 and the living room of 50 m2 are accessed up the outside stairs and have to be shared with the owner who is a french lady, her son of 7 years old, a spanish and man. There is also a british man living there but he has his own apartment just next to your nice bedroom. Pets and smoking are allowed. Perfect for people who are arriving by car. But also possible for people arriving by plane,as the house is close to the train station (7 mn by walk).
