Can Mora de Dalt offers views of the sea and the old nucleus of Sant Vicenç de Montalt, a quiet, pretty village 35 km from Barcelona. The hotel is the 15th-century house of a former vegetable-producing and stock-raising farmstead. Now, after restoration, it is a place to rest and enjoy the friendly treatment and attention to detail of the family that has lived in and loved this place for 18 generations. The house's centuries-old structure has therefore been respected, with its 11 charming rooms, all spacious and equipped with satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, telephone and WiFi. The house is laid out around a courtyard with great views. It leads to a Mediterranean garden laid out on three levels, with a sunny swimming pool and a rich variety of native plants and trees, such as jasmine and orange, lemon and almond trees. The hotel does not have its own restaurant but it does offer guests a picnic basket to enjoy by the pool or on the beach, and private dinners by arrangement.
