I hate when people say that Barcelo was not nice. I stayed at quite a few of the hotels in the DR, Puto Plata, Santo Domingo. & Barcelo was by far the best for, food, swim up bar, night entertainment
I had to keep my composure!...

On November 2, 2010, we checked into the Barceló Capella Beach in the Dominican Republic. Barceló Capella has the most beautifully manicured landscaping, with beautiful Flamingos and Peacocks roaming

It was OK- the best part was it was close to AIRPORT FOR AN EARLY FLIGHT-THEY NEED ADDITIONAL HELP WITH THE MEALS.PRETTY BAD FOOD AND SERVICE- NEVER... more on Travelocity
