The Main Bar with its discreet Venetian mirrors fills one side of the TV corner with giant flat screen. Adjacent to it is the unusual fireplace with a Kipris mural sculpture of a silvery shoal of fish on the black chimneybreast. The Lounge Terrace with its lovebeds, rattan settees and armchairs, is the perfect place for morning coffee or pre-dinner cocktails facing the sunrise and the East island sea side. The beautifully proportioned fresh-water Swimming Pool, the heart of the Lower Level, is renewed continuously through the cascade of murmuring running water. Edged with pisazza mosaic and stone tiles evocative of volcanic lava, it has installations for hydro massage and chromatotherapy. Amply provided with loungers and curtained divans, the poolside is a suntrap during the day, while at night the changing colors of the water create a phantasmagoric effect.
