Pros (+) The location is 5 mins from actual downtown but was way cheaper. The neighbourhood is busy and is easy to find stuff. 7elven down the block and the price was just right . Bed were comfy and washrooms were clean and a nice size.
Cons (-) The breakfast is the most average continental breakfast. All carbs and sugar- some fruit. We didn't use it for much other than coffees. The parking lot has some bushes on the exits that make it pretty hard to see oncoming traffic on such a busy street/ pedestrian collision zone.
