The staff is the best. From the welcoming, kind and helpful front desk team to the hardworking housekeepers this is a great spot to stay.

Cons (-) The hotel was very run down and is now under renovations. It didn't look at all like the pictures on the website and was overpriced for the condition it was in. We could have stayed at a cheap motel and had a nicer room, very disappointing.

Pros (+) Convenient to all shopping/dining needs. Hampton Beach is a short drive, which is nice not having to deal with the beach's congestion every time you go out.
Cons (-) The bed was like sleeping on just a box spring. We had a room with a sleeper sofa. As a sofa, you couldn't even sit on it, you would sink right down to bars of the sleeper. Extremely uncomfortable. They really need to invest in new beds. We had ants in our room. The chairs in the breakfast area were disgusting and one of the tables had the same syrup or whatever spilled, on the table for days.
