Comfortable lounge and quiet room
Staff members were rude and mgmt. unhelpful. Long waits for check in. Generally very poor service
The rooms were big. They were also clean. They were well equipped with bedding, towels, etc..
I loved the view from our room; the 26th floor had a spectacular view, and the beds were very comfy, we both slept like a baby. Staff was very professional and answered all questions with ease.
All services were very expensive. Room service had a $4 delivery fee, as well as an 18% gratuity fee w/ tax. Also, there was a beautiful view from the 35th floor, where the pool area was, but there was no Jacuzzi or hot tub. :( Also, parking for one night was $48.. Not including the tip they expect you to pay the valet..
Room, staff, location.
Although not unique to this hotel, charging ridiculous fees for Wifi is unreasonable. If Motel 6 can include it in the price of the room so can more expensive hotels.
Beds are comfortable
Bathroom too was not cleaned or replenish on one of the days. Expensive parking.
So close to Pike Street Market. Easy to get around downtown on foot!
The restraunt was too expensive. Way better options within walking distance. I paid $15 for a mojito during happy hour (which I might add, they did not offer happy hour).
Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Towels are cheap and paper thin. AC is useless. They still charge $11 a day for Internet that is ridiculously slow. Who still does that?
Great location for exploring the most popular parts of Seattle (the market, the Space Needle)
The room was a bit dirty, especially the sheets. We found bugs in one of the two beds in the room. Yuck.
The staff was amazing. They made my wife's surprise birthday trip extra special!! Thanks again.
Parking is spendy.
