The staff was super professional and friendly.
The hotel room smelled like mold. Uncomfortable bed. Coffee place in the lobby closes before noon.
Great location. Room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.
host tended to our needs without hesitation. reasonable price for northern hotel location. shopping area near by
room amenities are slightly outdated, could use a renovation or update soon. could use a complementary breakfast. instead of a $14 one with limited menu
Hotel was beautiful, clean, staff very nice and helpful.
Continental breakfast would have been nice for the price of hotel room. Did not like the idea that we had to pay for parking. So parked in a parking garage across the street from hotel that we did not have to pay a fee.
They charge extra for breakfast and they charge parking front of them for truck
In House Bar
the room cannot be considered as 3 star standard. I could find much better amenities in a 2-star hotel (Extended Stay). The bath tub is not clean, not enough towels, no water on the floor(vending machines not working).....not working
It was clean and the efficiencies
We called the hotel the night before arrival to request a king bed and let them know if was our anniversary. We arrived and the guest service representative had upgraded us to a suite. They were very thoughtful and everyone was helpful. We loved it!
Parking space is too few.
Hotel is very old, needs update. staffs are helpful and friendly.
Convenient location, easy access to Manhattan, near bus stop
requested for king/queen bed. not available, got double beds.
Location. Close to a lot of restaurants and Walmart.
No pool, carpets in the room were dirty. Tub looked dirty. No ventilation fan in bathroom.
Location and room
nothing... excellent hotel
We booked A room for two. When we checked in we were given a room with 2 double beds. We are a couple we need a minimum queen size bed. If it isn't part of the deal when you book a room for 2 we need to know that in advance not at check in.
Staff are helpful and friendly.
Location and close proximity to public transport
Maybe its just me but I found the staff bit rude and rednecky.
The elevators were broken. We had to climb six flight of steps to get to our room. The morning front desk staff gentleman was rude! The coffee shop sign says it opened at 6:30, but it doesn't open till after 7am.
Good access to public transport and easy access to NYC
We had to wait 25 mins to check in as there was no one at the front desk. The security guard and another employee had no idea where the desk person was. The elevators were broken and we had to use the service elevator in a dark dingy corner.
Location was terrible in relation to ferry access to NY
Location is great. close to a big plaza with a lot of facilities and also close to bus 320 which goes directly to Manhattan.
When we arrived in the evening one elevator was out of service. the day after, second elevator stopped working you can guess what types of trouble it caused. In the morning, there was no hot water in the shower.
The restaurant called urban plum is a jewel of the hotel.
The room was really stinky and there are a lot stains on the carpet and sofa. Looked really nasty.
Good location, close to the city.
Parking is far away. No central air, wall unit doesn't have auto shut off, my throat was irritated after a long night.
There was no free parking as advertised I tried to speak with price line representatives to no help,I had to go and rent another room , for secure parking , if un resolved it will be the last time I use price line ,paul haig XXXXXXXXXX
Hotel location very nice.
Staff was not pleasant, not friendly, hotel room dowdy, visible stains on carpet. Housekeeping was not at all present to carry out their tasks until a request was made. Not good.
If you are visiting NY, then this is the right Hotel. Clean and comfy. Good restaurants nearby. Easy access to nearby bus and Park n Ride stand to NY. Will visit again.
Very nice staff and one of the most confortable beds I have ever slept-in in a hotel.
Have stayes here 9 times this year-always excellent
Great location, close to Giants Stadium, Conteniental Airlines Arena, etc. Public transit goes right to front of hotel & takes you right into NYC! Some shops right ouside hotel, many restaurants. Friendly staff, clean rooms, high speed internet, etc.
