Pros (+) My room had new carpet and granite counters with a new kitchenette
Cons (-) The refrigerator was very loud. I had to ask for plates. Silverware, and pots and pans. I had to go buy dish soap and sponges to wash the dishes too. The bathroom was half remodeled. New toilet - but the forgot to put the caps over the bolts on the toilet seat. No hair dryer - had to ask for that too. The shower curtain was 2-3" into the tub so it stuck to you when you showered (I had them come in...
