The terrible order that greets you when you walk in. Attendent at the desk said he had worked there so long he was used to it. The room I was in didn't smell much better. Went to store and bought order eaters from Yankee Candle. $25.00. Pool water green.
The location is good because it is central for my family in that area.
This is the third time I have gone to Hampton and not had a pool working. A pool was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay in a hotel. We were able to use the pool next door, but it had no hot tub and it was an outdoor pool.
The pool was out of order. The air condition in the room was broken. The halls were hot. Stuffy smell in the l8bby.
It was close to where we needed to be.
One BIG thing was the indoor pool and hot tub didn't work and they hadn't planned on having it repaired for several days. One of the reasons for wanting this hotel was for that specific amenity.
Only one of the ice machines worked, the air conditioners would not cool, the pool was out of order and no effort was made to try and fix it during the three days we were there.
the air conditioner in room was not working. fan was the only thing working compressor would not kick in to cool room.
staff was friendly
turned the water off at 10 am... made it difficult when we were leavig
Hotel was being renovated when i was there so my stay wasn't the best. Staff were very good though and service was good.I would stay there again.
This motel needs updating. Everything looked old. Roof had been leaking and now parts of the ceiling was peeling and you could see streaks going down the wall where it had been wet. Found bugs in bathroom. The wall had about 3-4 feet section that the paint had been scrapped off. Bed was comfortable. Morning breakfast was waffles, sausage, danish, bagels, cereal, oatmeal and juices. Breakfast wasn't too bad. Would not stay there again.
