Pros (+) Updated rooms and spacious suite for parents and kids to have privacy. Kids enjoyed the two pools. Location was pretty good, close to Rapids Waterpark and downtown, etc. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was pleasant most of the time. nice ambience in lobby and pool areas.
Cons (-) Extra charges (parking and resort fees) made the trip much more expensive than initially planned. Never got most of the things promised by the resort fees. Put a $500 hold on our debit card without our knowledge. Low water pressure and broken doors.

Pros (+) The room was comfortable and had a nice view.
Cons (-) The menu at the restaurant is a little dated and, therefore, limited. Check in was oddly laborious, so was reaching the concierge on the phone. The toilet did not work and the plumber arrived at 11 pm to fix it but fix it he did.
