The Beaumont is a friendly, family-owned guest house, conveniently located on the A2 1 mile from Sittingbourne town centre and railway station. The main part of the building dates back 300 years with a Victorian extension on the side.
Most of the guest rooms have en-suite shower and WC facilities, however there are 3 smaller (and cheaper) single rooms which have separate private bathroom facilities outside of the bedroom. All rooms have free Wi-Fi for fast and convenient Internet access, SKY satellite TV (including the premium Sports channels) plus a generous hospitality tray.
There is an excellent breakfast menu to choose from in the mornings. All hot dishes are freshly cooked to order and we offer a wide selection of cereals, fruits, yogurts and juices. There are also speciality teas and home made preserves and we are always happy to cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets.
There is a large free car park at the rear of the building and a small garden area too.
The Beaumont is located 5 minutes away from the M2 motorway (J5), 10 minutes from M20 (J7), 5 minutes from Kent Science Park and Eurolink Industrial Estate. The train station is 10 minutes walk away and there is a regular half-hourly service from Sittingbourne - London Victoria (1 hour journey time) and also to Canterbury (25 minutes) and Dover (50 minutes).
Two of Kent's most popular attractions are within 25 minutes drive - the beautiful and historic cathedral city of Canterbury and Leeds castle near Maidstone, often described as the most beautiful castle in the world.
