The staff at Schiphol were awful! They were misinformed about what cards they can accept and when this was pointed out to them, they became rude and aggressive. When we asked for the name of the person serving us, he said he was not obliged.Reviewed 6 Nov 2022

I have ask to pay in USD, they sale yes but processed in Euros. Warning message on the car screen. No one check before No information about the car. At return I asked a document to prove “good reception” they said you will receive an email within 10 minutes. But notReviewed 28 Oct 2022

Car was not available although I got a booking CONFIRMATION from Sixt/Kayak. When at the counter, the employee told me it is not a confirmation but merely and "agreement" that the customer can go to the counter. Car proposed was over 2x inital cost. I have NEVER ever had to pay extra when upgraded because the original class was not available and I travel a lot. Insurance was insane at 45 Euro/day. I ended booking with Avis, they had a car and honoured their quote. Not the first time I am having issue with Sixt and will try to stay away from them.Reviewed 13 Sept 2022

Good: The pickup and return process were fast. Car was pretty new and clean. Bad: i ordered BMW, and they gave me Huynday. Also, there were very small letters in my reservation that it includes only 3rd party insurance, but I, my family and the car are not covered. It could have been much better if someone had remembered to give me a card to charge the car. I was left totally stranded in the province Groningen, not able to use the charging stations. My two credit cards (MC and Visa) were not recognized here in NL. I had to depend on total strangers to charge the car. Friends had to step up to to connect me to their bank account for a card. The lady at the Appingedam Hyundai Garage helped to apply for a card. Something to be learned Sixt! On a lighter note, I loved the car.Reviewed 23 Jul 2022
