It was the worst experience renting a car. First, the advertised price is a scam anfter adding insurance, the price doubles. I booked a standard car, only to discover that it is a Chinese car, which I do not prefer to drive, and there are no other options. Third, the down payment amount which is 2000 AED which is the highest among the companies. Especially since the car is not a luxury class. Fourthly, and most importantly, they refused to hand me the car because the credit card is in my wife’s name, despite me entering the PIN and using the same card to rent a car from them previously, and they told we will cancel the booking for free and refund your money which didn’t happen till now, they cost me 120 AED to take a taxi back and forth.Reviewed 19 May 2024

The pick up experience was a mess. They didn’t have the car I booked and then wanted to “upgrade” me to something that wasn’t going to work for what I needed the car for. Ultimately, it was resolved by the customer service rep, but it delayed my trip and caused much frustration.Reviewed 15 May 2024
