Pros:Convenient check in and checkout. Enjoyed keyless entry from your phone.
Cons:The service. When I came back to the hotel there was no one at the front desk to answer my question I had about check out. I used to app the message and it just said we will be with you shortly and they never answered me. I finally called down and I said my reservation says 6 pm checkout because I booked the work from anywhere pass and the women before looking up my reservation rudely said “Um no, check out is at 11.” I said that’s not what my reservation said and then she looked it up and said oh you requested late checkout, I guess you can check out at 4- which was fine but that wasn’t the point, the reservation said 6. Later she called back and asked if I got an email from her manager, which I didn’t and said yes you have 6pm checkout. I found that entire exchange to be so unprofessional. She seemed to not even know what packages they were selling as possible reservations. Not to mention it says $10 food or beverage credit and again no one was ever at the desk for me to even take advantage of it. When checking in the housekeeping cart was outside my room and my hands were full, I called out to the open room that o thought the housekeeper was in for help and she finally came out and looked so annoyed she had to move it. On the way out of the hotel there was another housekeeping cart in the middle of a hallway that was too big to even get passed. Finally a housekeeper came out of somewhere and moved it. I would have had no problem moving it myself but this was a huge cart that took up the entire hallway and you could not squeeze around it. Overall it was a convenient hotel but terrible staff.
Pros:I liked easy parking, free drink at Stage House Tavern (with room key), convenient location to my client meeting, clean and spacious room, friendly staff, and very comfortable bed.
Cons:There was some noise of person above me. I could here them every time they walked. I thought maybe it was just my room or that person. But then heard same feedback from a colleage that was starying with me on floor above. Hot water took a long time to get going from the bathroom sink. When it finally came was just slightly warm. Ended up shaving with cold/room temp water. Also, the iron had the tempurature setting worn off so I had to guess the setting and hopefully not burn my pants. They fitness center is tiny, just a few machines and some barbells, but was adequate for me.
