Pros (+) Helpful and pleasant staff. Went out of their way to assist us with our needs. Delicious food. The room service breakfast was great! Awesome wood burning fireplace. Outdoor jetted tub was amazing. Large warm housecoats. Complimentary port and cookies and welcome note were nice touches. Oceanfront. Beside a park, nice walk. Saw seals. Dog friendly. Cute decoration of the room, not "cookie cutter".
Cons (-) Reception closes at 9 p.m. Room service didn't include salt or pepper. No pool. Not enough newspaper to light another fire in the morning and no kindling. Pricy. Decent for off-season and with good value.

Pros (+) Friendly helpful staff. Cozy sitting room w/ fireplace and beautiful view of the harbor/ocean. Couldn't have asked for more. Loved it and would come back again. Hopefully soon. I recommend taking the gardener up on her tour.
