Pros (+) Short walking distance to the resort
Cons (-) I didn't know I had to hang a tag on the knob outside the door in order for housekeeping to enter room, leave clean towels, make bed etc. It would be great to inform guest at "check in" about the rules to cleaning. Just sucks coming to my room after a long day of skiing expecting the room to be tidied up and to have clean towels to take a warm shower and finding out it's just the way I left it.

Pros (+) The air conditioning works great. The whole place was updated and the decor was Modern. The kitchen was awesome especially for a family with a small child. The location was optimal. Everything you could want is in the area.
Cons (-) Hard beds. Really hurt my back and my hips but the pillows were nice.
