Nothing was good.
It was run-down and dirty.
Barley any tv channels and the first room was dirty then the second room bed was broke
Clean room, very comfortable. All conveniences. Great location for us.
Nothing that I can complain about.
It was in a decent location
It was dirty and in need of repair. Our box spring still had the stores huge plastic wrap around it. The hotel did not even try to cover it up. No bed skirt or anything. The mattress sat on top of the box spring and the bag stuck out like a sore thumb
Need to be update, spider webs all over the ceiling, bedding dirty, dingy towels not enough per person, nor selections and insufficient breakfast options very noisy.
It took long to get checked and it was just not as clean as it should have been
Friendly and the clean
That I didn't know that the dishes for the kitchen n my room was at the front desk
Very clean and exceptional customer service
The bed bugs
Everything was nice and clean i will be going back this weekend.
It was not clean. Had no pillows, Ni ironing board cover had to call front fest to change my room.
Used to like Ex Stay America, but not any more.
Yes. Their door lock system is broken. My Room key NEVER worked. The staff would re load the code in the door key, but it still didn't work. I asked for a new room with a key that worked, but they refused. they said 'all keys' don't work. The Regional Man
There was vomit in the elevator, the attendant covered it with towel and left it there overnight. It smelled so bad
Room 1 smelled absolute awfull, black hairs in the bathroom, stained carpet, holes in the drywall, stained carpet, white stains on the chair and desk, dirty dishes in the hall, rude staff. Changed rooms, room 2 was the same but smelled slightly better.
I like the location. It was peaceful and I enjoyed the bed.
I didn't like that they were stingy with there towels.
Not worth the price. I never seen a hotel that charge for housekeeping even the breakfast sucked muffins and coffee on the go
room so good
It took 45 mins before I could get checked in, there was no berkefast bar that was very very misleading and the only reason I picked it. It was not that clean and had holes in the walls.
The staff is always above board & always courteous, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I give the staff rating as a 10.
The hotel is a little run down - just changing out the carpet would be a great improvement.
Quiet and Good laundry Room. !
ThaT I didn't get booked back there instead of where I am ...
Everyone is extremely nice and helpful.
An employee entered my room on one occasion without permission. I felt violated and unsafe. The Hotel Employee started that he went into the room because he wrote up and work order. But waa not found when checked with other employee s.
Everyone is always extremley welcoming and courteous.
Towls and sheets were not clean. And the room over all was not clean.
Housekeeping never came to clean the room. Had to change the sheets on bed and vaccum floor.
Its quiet and roomie.
When they didn't put me down for my room to be cleaned
No one was in the front once I checked in or during the night
TOILET SEAT DISCOLORATION
very cheap on price. kitchen essentials included.
The internet speed is ok only for checking mails and browsing. For making skype calls, they ask you to purchase high speed internet. The breakfast is not buffet. Its only some muffin, fruit, oatmeal and coffee for grab and go. Cleanliness-not up to mark.
looked like a food explosion in microwave. Fast food sandwich was left in the microwave
I liked the kitchenette. The location was in a nice neighborhood. It was clean. The price was great.
The bedding had old, a few holes. The rules for towels was weird because you had to bring the dirty towels down. The walls had some holes, scratches and the bathroom furnishings were old.
kitchen with no dishes. no housekeeping to clean room daily the breakfast was poor the location is horrible.
Kitchen in room
The grab and go breakfast was good
It was a tad filthy. Definitely not what I was used to.
The large rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast, sloppy paint jobs, under decorated in public areas, just looks unkept.
nothing you extended stay went down
the room I had stunk there were black bugs on the floor
the rooms had very old and beaten up sofas, counter tops were dirty many cigarette burns, the room stunk of cigarette smoke the bath tub looked very dirty
I did not like the idea about comming down to the front desk for everything you need. If you want coffee go to the front desk to get the coffee maker the same with any thing that you want.Coffee, cups silverware, I do not like this new concept that their
Staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate requests. I was always greeted with a smile when I walked through the door.
I've stayed at other Extended Stay hotels and they were very clean and well kept. This one was not as clean. The fan in the bathroom had a dust build up, the housekeepers do not dust, and the garbage disposal needed to be freshened.
Proximity to things I needed to do.
The place is filthy. The common areas are not well cleaned AT ALL. I saw the same dirty and food droppings in the hallways day after day. Clearly no one vacuums daily. I saw the same gum stuck on elevator floor day after day.
Very dirty. Carpet in room disgusting. Had to keep shoes on always
The staff was Excellent.
I did not like the room on the first floor. The staff change the room and when I got here it was not clean. The computer report the was clean. Then, I was put into another room and it was also dirty. Finally, the staff upgrade us to king bed in clean room
Location is great
I've stayed here several times in the past and it is not the same. Filthy and in disrepair. I hope to never have such an experience again
That the room had a kitchen.
They didn't have any cups in the cabinet.
I had terrible ane scary feeling because of bed bugs. Around 3 AM I was waked up by bugs biting and I could not sleep thereafter. It' like nightmare.
people smoked in rooms and it leaks into my room
I've stayed at many Extended Stay hotels all over the country and have watched the quality steeply decline. These hotels used to be ideal for project work when workers would need a clean comfortable place to stay for 7-30 days. Unfortunately the recession has virtually eliminated that demographic so the hotels have taken aggressive steps to keep the properties full. They advertise on Craigslist as a place for cheap housing, and have turned into slumlords. There are many 'guests' at the hotel that are there because they have no place else to go. Broken cars, loud guests, domestic disputes, and poor maintenance have become the norm. There are a lot of families with kids living in the tiny rooms and the school bus comes by twice per day. My current stay is for 16 days and I'm counting the seconds until I can leave on Thursday. Loud music is filling the halls and some of the noisy guest from the 2nd floor have migrated to my floor and are drunk & noisy (again). I get to listen to their ch...
