The center town is very close to hotel. Parking is free. It seems a contemporany art museum.
The pool, the laid back staff, the cleaness and the facilaties of the room and the location.
the staff was very nice and very helpful; the rooms had very good facilities and also the hotel in general. Excellent hotel on all the aspects.
The staff were quite nice. I had to check out 1 night early at short notice and they did not charge me for the unused night, which they could have.
The hotel pool was not yet open and it was a big holiday weekend at the beginning of June - and hot weather! I chose the hotel based only on the pool. When I arrived I learned that the Management does not even open the pool until july, which is unbelievable as in Umbria it gets very hot in June. This fact should be very clearly disclosed at booking.
It was in a quiet position yet with very easy access to the sights.
There seemed to be few people staying there- probably because of Italian holidays, so it was quite empty.
