The staff was nice. The room was clean. Free WiFi
Tho clean, the hotel seemed a bit run down. There was no elevator and the stairs were not only outside, but in disrepair. The soda machine did not work. The food in the two restaurants was bad. We ended up not eat much of our two dinners. My husband and I have been using Priceline.com to book our stays for the past few years now. This is the first time we have been disappointed in our room and stay. The hotel was very run down. There was no elevator and the stairs were outdoors and in disrepair and felt dangerous. The soda machine, usually not a big deal, but our room was not only far from the main part of the hotel and casino but it meant to get something to drink we had to go outside and up a slight hill. Luckily it wasn't that cold yet. If it had been winter, that really would not have been good. Just not convenient at all. We tried both of the restaurants in the hotel and were only a...
The smell in the room was HORRIBLE (even though it was purported to be a non-smoking room) and never went away, I had to sleep with the slider door open to breathe. This hotel should NEVER be a 3 star hotel!!!!The smell in the room was HORRIBLE (even though it was purported to be a non-smoking room) and never went away, I had to sleep with the slider door open to breathe. This hotel should NEVER be a 3 star hotel!!!! Priceline you need to change/correct your star ratings, this is the third time I've wound up in a sleep cheap hotel that was horribly overrated.
Free breakfast and restaurant facilities in general
Pool, jacuzi and the latin restaurant was really really good.
This is not a three star hotel, very old, very poor water drainage in the tub and sink. A very small and filty casino. Too expensive with these poor conditions.I don't recommend this hotel.
The staff was very friendly. Service was fast.
Like other reviews, it's quite old and in need of an update. This is definitely NOT 3 stars or worth the price that was charged. The hotel is rather outdated and needs new carpet, particularly in the 'lodges'. The staff was extremely friendly, fast and helpful. This was rated as a 3 star hotel, but it is NOT 3 stars.
I like the rooms a lot...I love that they are straight out of the 70's...sunk in bathtub was awesome...dinner at timberlands was nice and super close to casinos...
Nothing I can think of.It is nice to stay at an affordable place so close to everything. Staff was great...everything was easy...hotel was nice, clean and had lots of towels!!!
Worst experience I have ever had by tiny money trap casino. If you like Back to the future and want to feel like you are in the 70's, then this is your spot. We rolled on through to Reno and were treated like Royalty!!! Suites with jacuzzisWorst experience ever and usually have terrific luck with Priceline. Buyer beware on this one.....I can lose my money anywhere, at least I want to be treated with respect while I lose it, lol. (2) Two Thumbs Down!!!
The decor was very loud and gaudy for me.. But was otherwise comfortable. No stairs though, so be ready to carry your bags up a flight of stairs.
Yes the fact that the Staff insisted on staring at us to a point where my partner felt uncomfortable . not like we where winning actually dumped a few grand into it. and they repay us with harrassment as far as im concerned.Overall besides the night krew and early morning security staring over my shoulder breathing on my ears. the food was good and well the room was just...another room . had a good time wasnt pricey
