Pros (+) Location was great- in between the mountains and downtown, and so no car was needed because there was a gondola to get you to the mountain, and a shuttle to get you downtown. Boot storage and drying racks were also nice.
Cons (-) At night the place is secured via key cards but there is no one at the front desk overnight. Video games didn't work in the game room.
