Pros (+) No complaints, really. Instant check-in, no hassles. The staff is helpful but stays out of your way, and the rooms are clean and nice. Perfect for a 1 night stay close by to Bergamo airport to catch an early flight or for arriving late.
Cons (-) Not much around the hotel as far as food goes. No public transport, so make sure you have a car.
