Breakfast is an event not to be missed! Our menu uses seasonal ingredients and highlights New England recipes. Sandra bakes "from scratch" coffee cakes, muffins, scones and bread. Jim creates a fruit course of vanilla poached pears, fresh berry compote or cider-sauteed apples with yoghurt among other possibilities. Hot and cold cereals are always offered as well as entrees such as scrambled crab, apple stuffed pancakes, the famous “Egg Thingie”. Homemade sorbets finish off your meal!
