Cons:Room was dirty and out of date. Area is not nice— behind a McDonald’s and abandoned lot

Pros:The cleanliness and business-like attitude the staff exuded.
Cons:Breakfast was empty in areas and had to ask for things

Pros:Room and bathroom appeared clean.
Cons:Hotel is a little dated..carpet, etc could use replacing. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were warped and did not sit properly within frame work. Tissue box in bathroom had one tissue left.

Pros:The staff here was extremely helpfull. The hotel lobby has a home cottage look and feel that appealed to my personality. The beds were second to none and I've stayed at 5 stars that had worse beds. The breakfast was excellent especially since i had a 8 hour drive to my next destination. the hotel was comfortable and was in the process of finishing a remodelling so it was all new and looked great!
Cons:The odor from the carpet glue was strong in the elevators but other then that (was to be expected with all new carpets and walls) the hotel would and will be on my remember list of places to stay in Syracuse NY
