Room was clean but clearly pretty run down. Main area where breakfast was served was also pretty run down, could use some newer/not broken tables and chairs and for the breakfast area to be cleaner
We traveled to Tallahassee for FSU's family weekend. Hotel demand in the area was high as a result and there were literally no rooms. We were grateful that we were able to book a room in the city and understood we were choosing a budget hotel. However, the room was moldy. The bedding was damp. The floor was so gross that I would take of my shoes. All this for the pleasure of pay $250/night. I understand supply and demand, but buyer beware.

Pros:The only positive thing about this hotel was the channel selection.
Cons:The room had a serious bug problem. Once the lights went off a huge cockroach appeared on the door. After killing it I decided to sleep with the lights on in hopes it would prevent others from appearing. In the morning I noticed many other types of bugs. One looked like a small beetle and many other small spiders.
Pros:Liked the rate and the location in reference to what I was doing in Tallahassee! Close to health food market, restaurants, shopping, but far enough away from the traffic of Tallahassee. Good enough, but probably won't choose it if with my family.
Cons:The breakfast offered was good BUT the hard boiled eggs I grabbed were OLD as wel as the "fresh" strawberries, but that was it overall!
Pros:The bed was comfortable
Cons:No nightstands, lamps, chairs. There were no privacy curtains on windows, only sheer curtains.
Cons:Not able to check in at 2am as the only staff person was overwhelmed with a long line of people and actually quit, ran out of the building and threw the keys away
Cons:No hot water. Dirty. I'm still trying to forget the purple goo left in the bathroom.
Pros:Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons:Check-in tool forever and they couldn't find me at first. I asked for a late check out but it wasn't noted so I got woke up earlier than I wanted to and the front desk staff who called me after I didn't open the door for house keeping was rude.
Pros:The room was ok. It was quiet. Next to an IHOP.
Cons:I didn't get the room I reserved with the fridge and microwave...which I medically needed and that's why I asked for it. The bathroom was dated and had what looked like mold on the ceiling over the shower area. The carpet in the room was filthy and stained. The white sheets had yellowed stains and the towels and wash cloths were scarce. I asked for more linen and had to wait 30mins. The key card was deactivated many times. The breakfast was horrible. Thankfully there was an IHOP near. The cleaning crew was very nice, but the clerk was mean. He did not smile nor try to help when I explained my situation about getting the wrong room. He simply stated I booked third party and they have nothing to do with what they tell me. He said there are no more rooms with fridge and microwave, but I saw many. He said they are all reserved, which I find hard to believe since some were still empty when I checked out. I will not stay there again.
