Pros (+) The spa, workout facilities and both pools were wonderful.
Cons (-) The beds were quite soft. Our room was close to the atrium and the noise from there was quite loud. We finally complained at 12:30 am, but were surprised that the hotel staff didn’t ask them to quiet down earlier. We also had a room next to a barking dog

Pros (+) Spectacular views, easy access to Mountain Village shops and the gondola, good recreation facilities, including outstanding gym and indoor/outdoor pools. If you like hiking, there are numerous hikes within walking distance, ranging from fairly easy to really challenging. We were there last week of August, which is a slack time for visitors, so had no difficulty finding reservations for any service...
Cons (-) The first room we were given was a disaster. The hotel switched us to a second room quickly, but the construction in the next door room sounded like multiple jackhammers operating simultaneously.
