Horrible

A real dump. Terrible hospitality. Stale breakfasts. Dirty bedspreads. Smoke residue throughout the entire hotel. Should be called "Poor Tree by Dreary". Try one of the real hotels on the south

Good

This was our last hotel stay on a long vacation. Reasonable rates, clean room, comfortable beds. Would recommend.
