Pros (+) Staff very friendly & helpful though front desk clerk was clearly sick and probably shouldn’t have been working. If you’re visiting the Villages it’s convenient.
Cons (-) Thin walls - could hear my (very) noisy neighbors. Older than most Towne Places I’ve stayed at - dated decor - small TV. Breakfast was typical “eggs in trays” style - didn’t mix up any of the ingredients. Not much of a gym
