It was further away from the road so there was little road noise. I also liked the big fridges.
Our first room smelled strongly of smoke. Our second room did not have a working AC. Our third room was decent. The walls are really thin so you can hear your neighbors, even if they are just talking quietly. Breakfast was a joke.

The hotel is clean. The room I stayed is bit small but comfortable and have a full kitchen.
I booked in May 2014 for a King-size bed room, but when I checked in on July 12 night, i was told the King-size bed was sold out. Then frontdesk staff gave a queen-size bed room for me/my wife and kid. I was confused why the pre-booked room be soldout.
Said they were Pet Friendly, which they were, but it was a $100 charge in addition to the room which was a little over $100.

The hotel smells clean and fresh, unlike many hotels I've stayed in before. The large refrigerator came in handy; staying three days with five children costs a lot to eat out for every meal. I got food from the Vons next door and made my own food.
The pullout bed in the king suit was not comfortable at all.
Cat smell overwhelmed the room. Front office did not return phone call after leaving message. Had to return in the middle of the day moving my Mom to change rooms. Highly inconvenient and no resolution on site.
This hotel property was very clean and in order. The Hotel Staff was extremely professional and willing to do everything they could to accommodate our needs and answer our questions. The in room full kitchen made it wonderful in ensuring our children had snacks and meals readily available given our very dynamic schedule.
Although they 'welcome' pets, they decided that they couldn't clean our room if the cats were there but we weren't. (Our cats are old and hid under the bed.) They literally NEVER replaced the coffee or shampoo. One hotel clerk had a lot of trouble sending a fax, and the evening clerk was upset that she had to change the ink in their printer. It seemed that the desk people, with a couple of exceptions, had no idea what they were doing.\n\nThis hotel is overpriced for what it offers. One good point is that the grab-n-go breakfast is a nice addition in a world where the free continental breakfast is nostalgic...
