Full size SUV is not a ford edge similar to high lander. Car was not clean when picked up and we had to identify multiple scratches and dents not included on the form so with no attendant outside we had to walk back inside to the rental counter to add them to the form before leaving (extra 20 min process)Reviewed 26 May 2024

They did not have my reservation and blamed Kayak. They tried to upsell me another car for $100 more and force me to pay insurance even though I have local insurance, international insurance, and insurance via my credit card.Reviewed 21 May 2024

I went to the car rental office on Saturday morning to pick up the car, but they were closed. After waiting outside for an hour, they called to apologize for not informing me earlier and directed me to another branch 40 minutes away. When I arrived, I waited another 50 minutes, and when it was finally my turn, the agent told me he wasn't aware of my booking and that I would need to wait another hour for a car with the specifications I had reserved. Frustrated, I left and canceled my weekend plans. Disgusting customer service and horrible experience with Thrifty to say the least..Reviewed 20 May 2024
