The Casale dei Frontini has twenty acres of land near Todi, on which we graze our twenty head of Chianina cattle, one of the oldest breeds in history, and still the largest. You can see them depicted in ancient Roman art.
We also cultivate grapes, sunflowers, olives, and grain. The country house was originally built around 1700 as a monastery, and its architecture is beautiful. Our family, my wife and two sons, renovated these lovely buildings with the same taste and devotion with which they were originally built three hundred years ago. Umbria is known for its good food, and the Casale dei Frontini shares this tradition. Our bed and breakfast guests can expect a hearty continental breakfast.
