Air conditioning did not work in 3 of the rooms I was moved to. English speaking staff is very limited. There were only 2 people that I could communicate with with urgent matters, and I wasn’t sure when they were on duty. Breakfast, while free was horrendous. Nothing western except for pastry’s.
