Pros (+) WOW. This story is incredible. Long story short, I arrived and left my bag in the taxi, who drove off! The bellman immediately rushed me to the head of security, Sean, who acted very fast. See one of the problem in Hong Kong, is that there is no real cab company. The taxis all look the same, but each driver is his own individual business. So Sean had me show him exactly where I got out of the taxi...

Pros (+) Contrary to what was enumerated - no freeninternet in the room, no airport shuttle
Cons (-) Fee internet was Ong in the lobby and I found out when I was already in my room 68th floor. It was a good quick 5 hour sleep but when you wanted to call via viber or messenger, you can't.
