Horrible

Desk clerk tried to charge me twice.Bathroom door smashed in, carpet dirty, room desk does not accessible plug for computer, elevator nasty dirty and ... more on Travelocity

Mediocre

We had a little difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel, it wasn't clearly marked. Hotel was below standards for the chain. Odor inhall smelled... more on Travelocity
