Cons (-) Breakfast buffet included coffees on the first 2 days, and then due to a change in policy we had to pay for it. That was annoying. Pool area could be better maintained and supervised.

Pros (+) The comfort of the beds was hands down a good thing and the location the universal studios makes this a great hotel to stay at. Check in was a breeze.
Cons (-) The pool deck is a major liability! It gets wet and it's slick as ice so beware. Wrong tile. There are stains on some of the hallway carpets. We found Trash and a pair of kids shoes under our bed.

Pros (+) When we checked in we were told they sold out on higher floor rooms, and only room is on the 4th floor. That room, 420 was dated! Room number on the door was handwritten. Everything was old. I was so angry that I paid over $300 including tax for this pos!
