I was told that the rates on weekends when there is a llinois football game are doubled. This is price gouging and I think it is unscrupulous

Pros (+) The hotel staff was so welcoming, I felt like I was coming home to a family each night!
Cons (-) There were some loud noises on the floor above me, I couldn't imagine why it sounded like people were stomping on the floor. It might have just been doors slamming.
