Pros:
They didnt provide me a car. They overbooked the cars. My whole vacation was ruined because of this, I didnt make it to my destination and hotel reservations were charged.Cons:
everything. At least inform me before my arrival to plan accordingly, not to wait until I show up in the store to tell me that there were no cars.Sunnycars
