Pros (+) I’m a repeat customer. The staff know me and are very accommodating. It’s close to my needs for business travel. The beds are comfortable. Cleanliness is NOT an issue.
Cons (-) I usually stay in one particular room, but it seems previous guests may have been smoking and it’s a nonsmoking place. Not the fault of the hotel, but the cigarette smoke lingers in that particular room. It’s tolerable, but not preferable. The other rooms I have booked don’t have that problem. It’s all good.
