The earliest one was built in 1625 by Louis de Houdan. The second one was constructed in 1726 when the mill was converted into a wheat mill. The chimney in the dining room dates from the 18th century. The third building, the Market, was built in 1851. After its purchase in 2001, the three buildings were renovated over a period of two years leading up to the moment it opened its doors to visitors for the first time in 2003.
