Pros (+) Most of the staff were friendly , with a few exceptions. Read that in suggestion portion.
Cons (-) The room was very dark. With a hole in the wall the size of a softball. The toilet continuously ran and was so loud my daughter and I had to just say it was hunted just to make light of it. The room was right near the pool utility room and every morning at 0700 when they went to clean to pool we were awakened by very loud machinery noice to welcome the morning. Pros (+) Location was fantastic, I never drove anywhere. The continental breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. Beds were very comfortable.
Cons (-) The room could’ve been a bit cleaner, but also could’ve been worse. Some items needed repair, the corner of our nightstand was broken off as well as a mirror. Room was fairly small. Conflicting information as far as hours for things, when I booked the hotel the website said 3pm check in, but desk said 4 once we got there, and the information sheet said pool hours were until 9 pm, but the signs sai...
