Cons (-) the A/C was marginal at best, and extremely noisy. The towel bar was broken. The floor was uneven and wobbly. The room was NOTHING like the picture. There were very few electrical outlets and only the one in the bathroom could be reached without crawling under things. The breakfast was pathetic. Parking was nightmarish.
